Why We're On a Mission to Create 1 Million Millionaires (And It's Not What You Think)
The thing that makes me pour so much value into these trainings and show up for you even when I could easily just charge for it all.
I want to create 1 million millionaires.
When I say this out loud, I can already hear what you're thinking. "Oh, another coach with big claims about making people rich." But this isn't about some get-rich-quick scheme or those bro marketing tactics we've all seen flooding our feeds.
This is about something so much bigger, and I'm going to break it down for you in this post.

The Vision Beyond the Money
Let me paint you a picture of what I actually see when I think about 1 million millionaires.
I see a worldwide network of leaders where everyone brings something to the table. Because here's the truth – there's SO much room at the metaphorical table that sometimes we get caught up in trying to stay in this small zone, in this small pond, that we forget there's this whole wide world out there.
If 1 million people can have financial freedom, can have a business that supports not only themselves but their surrounding communities – can you imagine the ripple effect of that on our society?
This isn't about creating millionaires who just have money sitting in their bank accounts. This is about creating millionaires who become the trees for their communities.
Why Women Will Lead This Movement
I really feel like this is going to be a wave led by women. (For the men reading – you can still be part of it!)
When we look back in history, what did women do? They were the ones sitting around the campfire, right? Taking care of each other's babies and stepping in where needed because there's that sisterhood, that sense that we're here to take care of the collective.
It doesn't matter if you're this person's kid or that person's – if you're in my community, I'm going to take care of you. And that's exactly what I see for these 1 million millionaires.
I believe that in every little pod or community, there's always someone who has the dream of making money. So let's go support that person, because not everyone dreams of that, and that's okay! They have their own gifts. But when you have someone where money is taken care of – not only for them but for the people around them – everything's going to change.
Why This Is My Legacy
Everything I do in my business, I filter through this lens. I ask myself: "Is this going to get me closer or further away from this dream?"
There have been opportunities presented to me – like last year when I got offered a 500K opportunity to work alongside this real estate person. When I filtered it through my legacy vision, I was like, "This does not make sense because now I'm going to build someone else's dream, and it's taking away from my own."
At the end of the day, people aren't going to remember all the little things that you did. They're going to remember how you made the people around you feel – the impact you had on their life.
For my legacy, I want people to remember me as:
Someone with a big heart who is generous
Someone where God's grace was really on her (I believe in God, and I want people to see God's hand in my business)
Someone who was really good for people in business
That's why I do these free things and give out so much value. People ask, "Why do you even just keep giving out this free stuff? People are always charging." I could easily charge a few hundred for my trainings, but I want you to see that my value isn't in this information. It's in what we can do together.
The Problem With Traditional Wealth Building
The traditional model of wealth building is broken. It's focused on individual accumulation rather than community elevation. It's about hoarding rather than circulating. It's about competition rather than collaboration.
Let me tell you something that might sound controversial: making a million dollars is actually not that hard. What's hard is making a million dollars in a way that:
Doesn't burn you out
Doesn't require you to sacrifice your relationships
Doesn't force you to compromise your values
Actually creates more opportunities for others
That's the kind of millionaire I want to help create – not just wealthy individuals, but wealthy communities.
How This Vision Shapes My Business
This vision of 1 million millionaires shapes every single decision I make in my business:
1. I Create Community-Focused Offers
Instead of just focusing on how I can make more money, I'm constantly thinking about how I can build a community where everyone rises together. This is why I'm creating a space called "The Boardroom" – because when we think about big companies, they have a board of directors with different expertise. I want to create a boardroom for entrepreneurs.
2. I Share My Network Freely
I want people to feel like it's good to know me because I'm connected to this person who's connected to that person. This is why I give everyone access to my network. Your network is one of your most valuable assets and forms of leverage!
3. I Give Without Expectation
The sooner you can start giving your time and your money, the sooner you create bigger ripples in your network and in other people's lives (and in your own life). What I've always believed is that everything I give comes back to me 10, 100, or 1,000-fold – whether that's my time, money, or advice.
Steps Toward Creating 1 Million Millionaires
So how exactly am I working toward this vision? Here's my approach:
1. Focus on Legacy Thinking, Not Short-Term Outcomes
When you build a legacy-driven business versus an outcome-driven business, everything changes. Instead of asking "How can I make 10K this month?" you start asking "How can I build something that will impact generations?"
2. Help People Understand the Stages of Business
There are different stages of business growth:
0-30K months: Marketing and sales
30-100K months: Refinement and leverage
100K+ months: Community and mass market
Understanding where you are helps you focus on the right things at the right time.
3. Teach the Power of Leverage
The only way to create massive impact is through leverage – other people's time, other people's networks, and other people's money. The sooner you understand this, the faster you can scale your impact.
4. Create Future Customers
The game I'm playing is a 10-20 year game. I'm working to create not just present customers but future customers. If there's one thing you can do once a week or once a month to start creating future customers for yourself, give it a year and you'll never run out of leads again.
Why This Matters Now More Than Ever
In a world facing recession, uncertainty, and division, we need more people who are financially empowered and community-minded. We need more people who understand that true wealth isn't just about having money – it's about creating value and opportunity for others.
When I look at what's happening in the economy right now, I don't see doom and gloom. I see an opportunity for a reset – a chance to build wealth differently, more intentionally, more inclusively.
If you're waiting for the "perfect time" to start building your legacy, let me tell you – it's now. The world can't wait another day for what you have to offer.
Join the Movement
So now I want to ask you: Do you want to be one of those 1 million millionaires? Not just for yourself, but for the people around you who are counting on you even if they don't know it yet?
If your answer is yes, then I want you to send me a message. Because this isn't a journey any of us should take alone. This is a movement, and movements require community.
I'm creating spaces for people at every stage of business to come together, learn from each other, and rise together. Whether you're just starting out or you're already making six figures, there's a place for you in this vision.
Remember: Your success isn't just about you. It's about all the lives you'll touch when you rise. And trust me, that's a way more exciting goal than just hitting 10K months.
Let's create those 1 million millionaires together. The world is waiting.
